Warranty Policy at Xuan Tai Computers

Exchange & Repair Policy

1. Within the first 15 days after purchase, defective products (such as motherboard failure) qualify for a 1-to-1 exchange policy. Products must include full packaging, accessories, and be free from scratches or other violations.

2. From day 16 until the end of the warranty period, we guarantee repairs and returns within 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays). For international warranty cases, processing times follow the manufacturer's policies.

3. If warranty repairs exceed 10 days, customers will receive a temporary replacement product valued at 2/3 of the original product's value.

4. The warranty period is extended based on the number of days the product is under repair.

Cases Where Warranty is Denied

Product Buyback Policy

1. Within 15 days, the store will buy back products at 90% of the purchase price.

2. From day 16 to the first month, the buyback rate is 80%.

3. Each additional month deducts 5% depreciation.

4. If out of warranty, the buyback price will be adjusted based on condition and component replacements.
